Perhaps if our dear friend attempted to procure that object which has unveiled many mysteries, immersed us in much thought, has held many imaginations hostage, setting aside our responsibilities as our eyes scan incessantly...
oh, what's that I speak of? For 'those' with an elementary grasp of English, it's called a book. They sell them, you know.
Perhaps words such as 'callous' will become quite mundane...
