WATCH OUT!!!
They've knocked down the old overpass to 21st St and are making would be Ybor goers take a heinous detour. And I'm betting traffic will be insane. You might want to consider coming from 60. TA's coming from the east (eg, I-75) should be ok, but I think 21st will be mess all the way.
