You definitely don't grasp the concept of internet humour and/or sarcasm.

I have no issues with people I consider my friends calling me asshole/dickweed/fuckwad/etc as they are my friends and it is always in jest.

I took no offense to what Rob posted, and I doubt any others did, as we could see the humour.
