I was going to record something a little more bang bang than what you see here for Bleep this week. However, since there is going to be no Bleep next week (I'll be on the sunny beaches of St. Paul Minnesota ;) ) I figured I'd record something a little more varied and wandering in style.

I don't know how I feel about parts of it, but it works for the most part. I would never attempt to re-record a mix as that would require me to have 2 things: the patience to do so, and the time needed. So with no real forethought, as usual, here you go...

A few months ago I was approached by a fellow by the name of Matt Ford. He asked me to play for him in Second Life, in his virtual club. The idea seemed strange to me, but if there's an audience I'll go play the music. Aside from the Avatar aspect of it, it's just like doing a live stream for Bleep. I connected to their streaming server and played music. For 3 hours!

Today's Bleep show is the first hour of that set. It's not the actual live recording as both of my sound-cards were busy running other things, but the tracklist was written down as I went and I tossed 'er together again the next day.

The next time I do one of those Second Life shows for Matt %28and Eliza!%29 I'll be sure to mention it before hand. Just in case any of you are interested in checking it out.

As late as yesterday I firmly believed that this week's Bleep Radio would be an Acid mix that I recorded for someone, who recently made the request. However, when a past Bleep guest sends in a new mix, it gets priority and bumps my butt further down the queue.

A few of you may have noticed that I did not post this week's show this morning at it's usual time. Nor did I air it on livesets.com at the scheduled 11th hour %28EST%29. I have an excuse for the tardy Bleep. My Daughter was born today. +1 to the Murky crew.


This week's Bleep is a recent live-set that Bill Youngman recorded. It was a set that him and Tobias Schmidt played together last month. Good quality recording and good tunes from two good guys. Consider it passed on in the form of a Bleep Radio show. Enjoy!
