i know im kinda late but how do you get tickets from the US ticketmaster?
is it emailed and you have to show the print out with photo id?

I did the "will call" thing. The person on the phone suggested that as my safest bet. I just have to show photo ID and my CC when i show up at the event

That is correct - just show them credit card and print out a receipt and there you go.

It's moi simple.

very simple indeed

but i tried that trick of ordering the 25$ ticket and selecting best avail to get the vip ticket and i dont think that worked.... but im not complaining just questioning whether that trick actually works.
