what's weird is that it did work fine, back when the competition opened. i managed to download the first 4 entrants no problem. dunno what's changed since then though

Do the same, goto FILE and same sure the info in the login details are 100%.

resetting it didn't change anything no. i tried plugging my connection straight into the modem but couldn't seem to connect at all then
