Excellent solution, but that's possibly not very easy, hope it turned out ok.

isoterra, what is it with you and mixmeister, it works on the wave files and from what I've seen, it's good. It would be a problem if people forgot to delete basic compression, which is standardly enabled starting new playlist files. I think I saw that (could've easily been something else) in the mix with the 2 Push trax in it, couple of trax got distorted.

JakeC, I don't know man, didn't hear the file so no idea, I'm just taking guesses here: equalization on the mp3 player, faulty contact in the hardware, wave capture software, could be anything, man. It's sorted now anyway

i like mixmeister.. it's superb at calulating bpm & plot, has a great interface and is generally lovely for creating mixes with.. but the sound quality is wank even without the compression. it must be the timestretching algorithm or something. it's incredibly noticeable on tracks with vocals or strings.. and on CD3 you can hear the difference between the first & second half (up until track ~7 was run through the program)

if they came up with a way to have all the timestretching done by pitch-shift, that would rock insanely hard, and i'd cain the fuck out of it but as it stands it's more of a toy than a serious dj tool, imo

welcome back!

Just uploaded my part. I am happy I managed to mix quite neatly into the song I selected. The song which influenced me and turned me to trance music. Year 1996, yet still very modern...
Kinda experimental transition, from the track with very few basses to the one with a solid, deep bassline. Nearly 3 mins long mix. Hope you will like it.

PMing Isoterra

It's your turn now, from what I can tell. The tracklist has been updated and next letter is up there.

also, why did gosher have two tracks, I think that stretched us kinda thin here towards the end. 20 mins to do 5 tracks. or whatever, I can burn 90 min cds, not sure about everyone else though lol screw it. MP3 players~
