aren't these refs monitored? i am a casual soccer fan so i'm unsure, i mean from what i've seen so far there are some crappy refs and the players milk it. don't get me wrong i have enjoyed the tournament, but can someone explain why the players are such babies? i understand why they would want to draw a penalty but their actions are just a little much.

maybe i'm biased because i'm used to watching hockey players get really hit and hurt, but continue playing.
