I think the general consensus for those who do blow in comparison to ecstasy is that ecstasy has some serious reprecussions not to mention an aweful crash. the trailing days after a weekend on ecstasy is usually horrible. The affects of blow is short and you are able to function on it. Compliments alcohol really well and you aren't left hurt for the next 2-3 days. Ecstasy usually leaves you impaired in those days after you take it.


In short, Ecstasy is undoubtedly a fun time but you pay the price the next few days after and usually can't function normally when in public. Where as with blow you can continue to function normally, you inhibitions are lowered significantly while you continue normal conversation and do not reap the reprecussions 2-3days after your binge. Granted the blow crash (2-4hours after you're out) is a bit tough, but a short span of crash is much more desired than say a prolonged crash of 2-3days that ecstasy delivers.

2-3 days? im not to sure about that. Ive never been out of it for 2-3 days. i used to always drop around 8 or 9 at night, party all night, get no sleep, and be just really tired the next day. I could still function properly. I dont know what kind of bombs you're gettin, but 2-3 days crash? give me a break

Do small lines or bumps first or you might throw up. Actually, i know its good if i do throw up. I like it because you can be straight up fucked up, but still look normal. It doesn't last long, maybe 30 minutes peaking. Then the crash. That sucks.

I haven't done E nearly as many times as I've done coke, but my crashes after E have never been anything bad. I'm normally able to function quite well the next day, minus feeling absolutly exhausted and a little fried.
Coke on the other hand really takes it out of me for the next day. I am dead the day after a coke fest. There have been a couple of occasions where I've crashed around 6am in the morning after starting blow at around 11pm the night before and staying in bed the entire next day and sleeping all the way through to 10am the next morning.
The times I don't sleep through the entire day, I just feel absolutly brain dead. I don't want to do anything except sit infront of the TV and waste away.

I fucking hate coke. and love it at the same time. If your not careful the drug can take ahold of you.
In my experience, cocaine ruins drinking. Whenever you get nice and buzzed you get that burnining desire in your head, and you go to all your cokehead friends and start organizing people to get a gram or more. Then you snort up that first line and its just amazing. It cancels out all your inebriation and you feel on top of the world. Your head is completly clear and your ready to start aguing about politics and the world market.
But after a short while, you feel a little drop in energy and you look at the baggy on the table and realize theres a good amount left, and you want to cut your self another line, and trying to make sure that your line is slightly bigger then everyone elses.
Then later a fellow cokehead pops in the room, who you know wants to snag a line, but didn't pay for it. So you curse this person in your head while at the same time you appreciate another person to talk to. you also figure if you give this person a line, maybe they will want to get another baggie with you later in teh night when you are away from all the people you are currently with.

Ugh, I've tried so hard to get away from coke these past couple of months. When I did it for the first time my freshman year in college, I promised myself I would quit completly after I graduated. I graduated in early May and since then I've done coke on 3 occasions and each time i've done only one line.
One of my buddies on the other hand has gone completly off the deep end. He and I both tried it for the first time our freshman year of school, but he liked it even more than me. After sophomore year, I don't remember any times we hung out with out blow being involved. Senior year was pretty much rediculous with this kid doing it atleast 4 times a week. Now that we all graduated it has increased to 7 times a week. He recieved just over $4000 in graduation gift money and all of it has been wasted on blow.
Its pretty depressing. The ironic thing about this kids blow habit is that he says he likes the drug because "he feels in control when he does it."

The drug does make you feel in control when you do it. Your in control of everything except your desire for more.

But everyone reacts differently. For some people its no big deal to stop. I've seen people do it once or twice and then just be like "eh" and never do it again.

So my advice is just be careful, and E is a much better drug.

i got some advice: don't start.
