Okay, now I wanna give my review of the party for those who are interested: In a few words, the party was a great time! Like Jax, I came down from Richmond Hill. The first person I saw was a dood walking with a cooler towards Cam's house so I shouted over to him to see if he was going to the party, and he was, and so I joined him....and that gentleman was Brian, AKA the first TA I ever met in person Really cool guy, no doubt about it. So we got to the house, we emptied our beer into his cooler (thx!) and then proceeded to the kitchen where I met a sea of unknown faces...total strangers, not knowing anybody lol. But what happened? All you guys welcomed me with absolutely no hesitation, it was awesome. I introduced myself to everybody, shook like a million hands, and forgot all your names a nanosecond after we met, lol sorry! In the backyard I quickly learned who Liam was, it only took him a couple of seconds to start breaking my balls haha j/k. I mentioned to Nada that I was in the mood for a joint, especially since I knew u guys were gonna do some kind of crazy stuff as an initiation...and within 2 secs my man Jay passed me a joint, it was incredible. Jay, what can I say big guy? You hooked it up all night long...much appreciated...Jay was handing me so many spliffs that I stopped reaching for them cause I was sure they had to be cigarettes b/c of the speed with which they kept getting passed to me. I got so $toned lol, sickness! Then after a number of warnings demanding that I be ready for midnight, the crowning took place! Like I said last night, I felt like I was in prison about to be, well you know: a whole room of people crowded around me while Pawel started to fit a piece of ducktape for the crown, but at first I thought 'o fuck, they're gonna use the tape to shut me up, I'm in for something nuts' haha.....Then I got crowned with the beautiful 'noooblar' crown courtesy of Nada. O, and let's not forget all the glowsticks: on my writsts, neck, even in my shoes LOL. All on video: WHERE IS THE VIDEO? I wanna see it! hahaha. I also had some really good conversations with a few of the fellow TAs, thx for the talks guys. O ya, I was also the champion of Street Fighter--undefeated baby! Also, at one point in the night I remember seeing Sasha and another guy eating a piece of cheese and I thought to myself 'wtf? are they eating a HUNK of cheddar cheese or something? that's so funny' hahaha. BTW, Sash great to finally meet u buddy!
All in all, Cam my man, you threw a sick sick party and I'm so glad I came to meet all you guys. Magikb, I can't believe your suggestion became reality last night and I was actually crowned in a ceremony lol. You guys all made me feel really welcome and like I fit in no problem. Thank you sincerely to everybody, I can't wait to party with you all again....for me, it looks like that will be Blank and Jones on Aug 26th!
You guys rock.
And of course Pawel my man, none of this would have happened if it weren't for you dood, thx so much.
