As for being a regular, Talal and Jose have been booking her twice a year for quite some time.

Ultimately, if you work for the club, you have a bigger responsibility to be polite and courteous to your guests. That involves not intentionally provoking them because they didn't act the way you wanted them to act, and not calling them names on the internet afterwards because your feelings got hurt.
