Cuisine: Indian, Vegetarian, Kosher, Etc.
Cross Street: Powell and Mason
Price: $30 and under
Accepts Walk-Ins: Yes
I'm not the biggest fan of Indian food, but they have a bar and appetizers
Exactly thought Indian was out of the question I kept sudgesting it, but Gilbert kept saying NO!!
I love Indian and this place is Good (8 out of 10) w/ nice decor. They should also be able to accomidate many people at the last minute!!
Powell and Mason don't cross....it's actually on Ellis (between Powell & Mason). Right down the street from that parking structure everyone uses when they go to Ruby Sky.

Everyone is going to smell like curry. Is Indian the best food to eat before a long night of drinking and etc...?
My 2 cents are spent

No Indian food please!!! Its not the right thing to do. I suggested to Blurr-Chows- on 9th & Irving or Church & Market.
This is the place we were considering B4 we decided on Gordon Biersch.
I love Chow....but as I'm sure u know Taj.....it's VERY popular and ALWAYS packed....especially on Saturday nights!!
...is ON Folsom....between 7th & 8th. Everyone could park for the club and simply walk 1 block to dinner and back after were done. The other benefit is that we could even do the dinner later, since it is soooo close.
I talked to the owner Dave yesterday, and he was very excited about getting a group of 15-20. He said he knows Ira and that he eats there regularly.
The place is very nice w/ great decor. It's a little on the small side, but (in other words) we would take it over The prices are between $15-$25 a plate w/ alot of variety
****They also have Vegan options.....as well as STEAK!!****
They will even close the place down if we spend $1000 as a group.
THE BEST PART is that the guy has DJ equipment on site and he regularly has DJ's spin. The night I was there they were spinning some Chill House.
HE SAID WE WERE WELCOME TO USE THE TURN TABLES
It would be AMAZING to be able to have some of u guys.....maybe even Steve....go up a spin a track or two. What a night that would be
Check the link guys.....and let me know. I would have to let the guy know TONIGHT!!

What's with the expensive heavy food, Gilbert!! And again, such a heavy meal there. That weighs you down and you get tired before the night even starts!
Taj, I think I've been to Park Chow on 9th Ave (it's called Park Chow on 9th while the one on Church is just Chow, right?) when I lived on 14th between Lincoln and Irving. I remember it being pretty decent!!! I remember having pork chops. And the chops were like $10, not bad
Both locations suck for parking, though. lol.
I think we almost went to Chow on Church once but it was an hour+ wait so reservations would def have to be made....hoping they take them on weekends.
Anyhow, of all the diff places Chow looks like the best thing so far....but parking will suck. Park Chow is prob annoyingly out of the way for some!

Ok now i remember Triptych. I think this is a perfect spot. There will be plenty of parking. Ive eaten there quite a few times with Ira & its really good food. Its not to heavy & theres a great varity. The best part is that its 2 blocks from the club. & Steve & friends will love it!
If it's not too heavy it sounds cool. The turnoff for some peeps might be the pricing. $15-$25 a plate when people are blowing money on tickets to Ten15 and then drinks at the place is asking a lot.
I've had the experience of setting up things where people come in and just order a drink or two because they think the food is expensive. Last time it was about half the people who came to a Japanese joint where the plates were about the same price.
For me, I'll come but just have a drink. I'm poor lol. But I usually only have a couple drinks as I don't like to be weighed down at all at the club. If any food, I usually get a salad. Maybe I can have their $7.25 SPRING SALAD ($7.25 for what it has in the salad is rediculous!!! I don't care what place it is, lol.)
I don't care. I just want to hear Steve rip Ten15 apart!

My vote goes to this spot!
OK I called David and he says he can accomidate us.....but we have to confirm tonight. He has another group of 18 @ the same time (8pm), but he said he can make it work.
I've made a tentative reservation.....but if we decide to confirm we may need a credit card to do it. ANY VOLUNTEERS
He also said(if the weather is good) he would put us in the patio. He says it would be ideal.
Anyways......can we get a concensus????
Blurr.....what do u think???

Ok everyone.
Whilst everyone was talking about Triptech, I qued Aruna in on it via messenger..
She says quote un quote....
"place seems cool, lovely sounding vegan dish and some great salads...works for me!
Im looking forward to coming up to meet all the Tranceaddicts, and im excited to be coming back to SF! See everyone Saturday!"
Aruna says they will be at the resturaunt at 9ish, since this place is so close to the club, this is gonna work out perfectly!
