I bought my tickets through Ticketmaster already, then after I got them in the mail I realised I couldn't go because I'll be overseas!

Anyone know if you can sell these tickets? It's just there's 2 parts to my ticket, the actual ticket and then the part you can tear off that has your name and address on it - does this mean anything or can I just tear it off and then sell it?
