Meest memorabele en indrukwekkende sprint sinds Michael Johnson's fabelachtige record op de 200 meter in Atlanta. Geen twijfel mogelijk. Ik ben echt half in shock, dit was een buitenaardse prestatie.


Met deze vorm zie ik Bolt héél dicht bij dat record van Johnson komen trouwens...

Dit is echt wel on-ge-looflijk, een nieuw wereldrecord ZONDER alles te geven? Hij kan er volgens mij nog een paar tienden afdoen indien hij echt alles zou geven. Ik wist ni dat hij de 200m ook loopt, zalig!

mooie prestatie van de rode duivels ... wel even schrikken bij die tweede penalty, ik dacht dat ze het toen echt gingen weg geven. Ik zei al direct toen Vandenborre op het veld kwam: "hopelijk gaat die weer geen domme dingen doen" ... en wie is (imo) hoofdverantwoordelijke voor die tweede penalty, toch wel niet Vandenborre zeker . Aanvallend was hij dan wel weer degelijk, maar verdedigend ooooh zo nonchalant. Valt echt wel op dat die als middenvelder is opgeleid. Gelukkig heeft Dembele daar nog een prachtige actie in de voeten

Daarna nog Bolt die een fantastische finale loopt ... op zn dooie gemak, echt ongeloofelijk

VDB heeft enkele troeven: diepe ballen versturen en perfecte flankwissels. Voor de rest is hij enkel uitmundend in knullig uitverdedigen en zich vastdribbelen in uitzichtloze situaties. In zulke cruciale wedstrijden kan je hem beter aan de kant houden. Laat Martens toch gewoon staan...
