In most circumstances, I wouldn't usually suggest a date revolving around drinks (pubs and the like), as it could potentially give off the wrong impression regarding you or your motives. However, one of the best and longest lasting relationships I've ever enjoyed started with dinner out and copious amounts of drinking - I suppose that it varies from girl to girl.

Just be yourself, as if you put up an assload of false flags and act completely different, the relationship (assuming there's a second / third / fourth date) will not last.

Also, pics or stfu - you know the drill.

activity. it needs to be an activity. you don't know someone until you are sharing a moment with them. When you have that expeirence in common, talking and finding other things in common are alot easier.

Putting a smile on a girls face works wonders and you dont feel you rin a fuckin interview

actually great advice.. make sure to I get her to smile and laugh! Now what kind of activity we should do... not bowling... maybe try to find cooking classes.. i need to learn how to cook!

Just go in with some kind of general game-plan. Outside of that, I wouldn't overanalyze or over complicate anything. If you're not a creep, it isn't that hard to put a smile on a girls' face.

What the sh!t is going on in here?!? First and foremost, you are 27. You should have enough experience already to know what you should do on a first date. Asking others for advice is trying to be something you are not.

You know you better than you think it, you are just lacking confidence. This is KEY for anyone. The main problem here is the fact that most people don't understand the difference between confidence and being cocky; that is of course because there is a fine line.

Go with the flow, be yourself and watch when she drops hints. Women drop them ALL the time and men are just too oblivious. She clearly wants to go out and have a good time but its up to you to be spontaneous and add that extra bit of excitement.
