He's obviously an extremely bad lawyer then. I don't even do law and I know how bullshit most of what you claim is. Do you know how many issues there are in the world? Do you honestly think that a judge is going to take this non existent case on? Please, you have no hope of this even getting past the judges secretary.

So say you have a case, what are you going to do? The Australian Federal Police is never going to extradite him to the US for such a petty issue and spending thousands of tax payer dollars not only on his travel and stay, but on legal fees too.

That means you need to go to the International Court of Justice and/or the International Criminal Court. Both located in the Hague in Europe. So you think your issue is big enough? You think your issue warrants the same treatment as those who committed genocide, war crimes, and billion dollar scams?
