Honestly I've never listened to your station and I know very little about the brand... After Sirus' post I made a note to check it out... but then you came along and completely destroyed your brand image.
You could have come on here with a neutral tone - apologized for messing up the guys names, explain that the scoring was fair and then provided us with the link so we could make our own opinions... it sucks and its ego shattering but your brand image is much more important than your ego. At least then I would have thought highly of you and the company...
I hope you can take a lesson from this.
Anyways when I get some time over the next couple days Ill dig through my computer and send a couple articles your way.
