I honestly believe we should have Carl Cox as a headliner for resolution 2010. Montreal has never seen a big show from this guy and he would be amazing....would definetly get your money's worth there....
I would love that. I agree 100%, just watched his DVD and man this guy is the shit. "Carl Cox 24/7" Highly recommended. I want to see this guy at a huge event, or a better venue than Opera. I shouldn't complain, at least he is on his way here.
Looking forward to it.

It's unanimous:
Coxy for NYE in Mtl !!!
He totally tore apart his tent for Ultra last yr at wmc - relentless hard as nails techno.....saw him at a massive in Toronto in '99, coincidentally called "connected" as well - held at the Canadian Exhibition Centre. One of the last "real" massives of Toronto. I still remember the other dj's : Sneak, Armand Van Helden, Junior Sanchez. Coxy closed the party, lights on at 8AM. (It's Toronto!). Still remember the last track, by Humate "love stimulation". Warm and fuzzy trancy choon...great to end that historic night.

Oakenfold is still playing music for real ???? Didn't know that. His carreer was done in 2001, maybe 2002 and we bring him here for 2010 ?
I didn't know it was possible for Bal en Blanc to get any worse... looks like they found a way. They will always surprise me ! lol
The only time i heard Okenfold in Mtl was in a massive called Oasis at Bell Center and it was one of the worst dj set i've heard in my life (right up there with Junior Sanchez at a Bal en Blanc). He put a cd and was gone for like 15 minutes ? Didn't know how to mix and Genie (who played before him) was trying to show him how the mixer was working ??? lol... It was terrible from start to finish. The only good point was that his set last only 1:45 before he decided to leave, he was supposed to play 3hr or so ?!?!
The dj after him was a local playing techno (small Asian guy) can't remember his name ? He was very good and didn't even mix to create a transition with the last Okenfold track, he just push the stop button !!!! lol... and put a huge techno bassline 5 seconds after with a smile on his face, it was priceless !
