but using examples of Guv and FW, I find it safe to say that sound levels at FW are just right

But the diff between FW and Guv is that footwork is a small club and Guv is a superclub.

There should be different expectations of sound in each venue.

Personally i sometimes find footwork to be too quiet. But as i said, its all subjective.
