of the people I know who quit, those who went cold turkey did better than those using 'help' and most put it down to the fact that they didn't have anything to blame but themselves if they started up again. Good luck, PKC. Stu, get on it.

I know a few people who've used zyban with good results and didn't seem to have any of the side-effects you've mentioned. Everyone's different though. Gonna have to have another crack myself. I tried cold turkey again earlier this year and lasted about 3 weeks. Really been meaning to stop smoking for a while now. Damn booze always sucks me back in.
