I gave you the statistics and the percentage of defaults on mortgages. The delinquints were people living way beyond their means and got sucked into quick intrest cash grabs from the banks (Which i completely disagree with) but the fact of the matter is that they comitted to these loan terms knowing the risks of the VARIABLE rate.

2 partiest to blame here Its the middle to upper class that suffers the most as their already progressive tax rates get hiked even higher.

I do agree that we need some regulation but only SOME. The free market should always be free and liquid but the banks definatley need to tigheten their lending principles (just as we have it here in canada).

I understand what you're saying, but you have to also understand how the world works. The economy will dictate when fossil fuels will be rendered inneficient due to cost or supply etc. This can be done with taxation, sanctions, price elevation etc. At this point it will be worth while to invest and build a new energy infrastructure based on alternate resources.

This is a viable solution, NOT lying to the public about drastic events to unfold in the NEAR future to fear monger them into switching sources.

We live in a capitalist society where money does dictates actions, If you want to change our methods of harnesting energy, and energy sources, find an economically viable solution. I have presented one.
