Nah bro many girls will not suck dick for DnB, as a matter of fact, girls will complain if all they are hearing is brostep or bro n bass. Why you think its called Brostep and BroNBass? cuz only guys (BREHZ) listen to it.

girls like more emotional songs. vocal trance preferably for bitches.

dont get me wrong though I respect DnB and Dubstep.

and whats with these fools giving flack to System-J? he just wants to know what the OP is specifically looking for. theres nothing wrong with that.

I don't know who you are hanging out with but vocal trance/house is the music they play in gay clubs. Look at some pictures of Shambhala/Burning Man to get an idea of the North American crowd that is out in huge numbers for bass music.

Brostep is a funny genre name but it's hardly male-exclusive stuff. Girls introduced me to Borgore.

hahaha trust me most of the hot bitches ive talked to will say they get tired of listening to brostep dnb over and over and over and over and over and over and over throughout the night.

vocal trance is pretty gay but it does bring the emotional side out of them if they got their boyfriends to cuddle with them during the emotional parts of the song.

the people i hang out with were norcal party goers. they are "clubbers," but the top 40 hip hop type of party goers. not the people like us. most people in San Jose are pretty much mainstream

but fuck all of that shit, give me an epic Trance set featuring the styles of 1997-2002 and I'm sold.

Were you genetically tele-fused with Mattinsanity, or something?

everyone out here seems to like this really dissonant squeaky sounding sound in their wubstep, exemplified by that "goldust" track from a long while ago.

My observation is that edm picks one noise to be fascinated by for about 4 years, until they drive it to the ground and make in annoying, then they latch onto another one, and gods help you if the sound they latch onto is something that you find annoying.

Late 90's: supersaw
2002 era: bog-bog/farty electro baseline noise
2005 ish: shulz twinkles
07; ish: microsound douchery/minimal blippies
09: wubwubwubwubwubwubwubwubwub

Why are so many people here posting tracks? No track is a genre.

Because you can't listen to a genre itself.

This sounds like a buddhist koan...

What is the sound of an entire genre?

You're just talking about what's popular here, in general EDM doesn't pick up one noise IMO.
I even doubt if those were most popular or just got more attention because they were "different".
