and the reason I said if its "working" because thats a system that is for toning and litheness. It wont add muscle.

my goal is not to be bored; spice up my days a bit.

also keep in mind i'm 5'6" and 135lbs a 55lbs bar is good enough for me, I could increase my weight but I'm not looking to have bigger hamstrings or bigger muscles in general.

also not sensitive was just confused.

shwarzeneggers encyclopedia of bodybuilding is amazing for that. You can get a used one off amazon for 50 bucks and its 900 pages

gives a LOT of different stuff to try.

are you looking for just a few all body workout variations?

are you embarrassed about doing exercises that will make you show off your butt or chest? (my gf is and refuses to do them if im not there blocking other peoples view of her)

what are workin for here

Man deadlifts would totally kill my lower back. I used to take Acutane a few years back and to this day it affects me. The days that I"m working out my back/shoulders it hurts to even lay down

It is the high GI carbs that give your body energy incredibly quickly which is what causes your pancreas to squirt insulin out in very high quantities which, in turn, causes your body to store fat.

The slow burning carbs do not produce an insulin surge (or at least not one large enough to cause your body to store fat) and almost always have more nutritional value than the high GI carbs anyway. (consequently they don't taste as good most of the time)

Gatorade is a 100 on the GI by the way, it's great if you're going to be playing a sport or running and you'll actually burn all the energy you're taking in, but just drinking it while you're at your computer, "'cause it tastes good" is an excellent way to store fat.
