Use logic man. Even if the two girls (insert extreme health hazard/death risk here), taking a bullet to the head means you're dead immediately. If your choice stands between that and having sex with them, I'd much prefer the latter, since it'll involve waves of pleasure + the chance of survival, unlike the former which will just mean instant death period.
