Today I was working installations and we got a call from this guy who was freaking the fuck out because he bought a Craftsman garage-door-opener system, installed it himself (even though he was advised against it because his old model was ancient and he needed new wiring for the craftsman model to function properly), it worked for 3 days and broke. So he called my extenstion (hardware dept.) and starting shitting a verbal brick and telling me we sold him faulty merchandise when really he was just angry because he hadn't brought his keys with him and was locked out of his house hahahahahhaa fucking idiot
