hmmm...since when is this rule in place? i myself have posted promo cds in the past because they come free with a magazine, the artist does not profit from the mix that he has put out so how is this going to affect mixmag or the artist? the reason for a cd release is because this is the cheapest way to distribute the mix for mixmag. Do you think if mixmag released a usb key with an mp3 set on it this would not be distributed online as well?
it's not like the cd is 5 bucks and the mag is 5 bucks, the magazine has a set price and the cd is free, mixmag is aware that its free so i don't see how it would affect anything..

i know this rule about posting sets from magazines because i downloaded one a while back and posted it and he messaged me on msn to remove it. this was years ago.
