I am personally feel sorry that I state a point that have been taken wrong way. I did not have anything against TA djs I always supported them. And I really proud that such event is happening in a GINO club.
My point was that among TA dj's they shoudl of book a progressive dj also (it was just a suggestion), now it can be mute, vagrant, steve or any other TA dj I did not mention anything about myself or armada playing anywhere.

So again if you are affended I am personally sorry to affend you.

and I think we should all get along....

cheers

No worries. They did book a prog dj, Ivals and also Walter Rosati who both spin prog at Lotus. If you meant a prog ta dj then well I guess they left one out because they can't include everyone in the lineup at that party...so they chose to not include one.

all hail the drama! TOTA cannot exist without it! it's apart of who we are. i'm just glad to be apart of such a democratic process

Oh but, yes we have so many newbies on this forum that don't even know about it... well you can't hide that and you have to share that info... otherwise it's way too lob sided...but I guess it's more convenient to pick me out cause it's easier, cause there isn't as many people speaking out in my support... or people are just too affraid to really speak their mind...

no, it's just easier to pick you out because you're a whiny little bitch, and everyone on here knows it... and that's ok, it's who you are, and you can't change that, you yourself mentioned 'natural selection' a few pages ago...

It was necessary... It's important for newcomers that get tangled up in flamewars with trancearmada, to realize that its not anything personal directed at them, it's just his character, he likes to flame... there's nothing wrong with that, it's VERY entertaining, and is prolly the only thing that keeps me glued to this board...

Last night after I shut down my computer, I remembered it was trancearmada who was the DJ who opened at TA Invasion 3 and then took right off as the night was getting started.

I thought that was kind of odd at the time. Now I just think it's hypocritical.

Ok...

Anyone else tired of this pissing contest?

*raises hand*

It's not about 'outdoing' each other. It's about building on the successes of one another...

1 + 1 = 11 ; learn it...

I'd lose track of who I was flaming too...

Dude, you only showed up for the third one so you could spin! If you think that leaving the club at 11pm is support...more power to ya.

I know it is difficult to warm up a crowd - I find it more of a challenge to get into my set at that time, because the dancefloor is empty and people are socializing.

However, playing a fast, bangin techno set at 2 am is also challenging. I tend to mix every 3 or 4 minutes, not 6, and there are many more distractions when people are crowded on the dancefloor. It can be more difficult to focus.

I've played both slots, and each has their challenges and their advantages. I'm sure that is what you meant by your post, right?

S.

PS - do you need some help finding that ignore button?

so what you showed up for 4. i showed up for all 4 and stayed later than you. does that mean i shouo get to play? (i've touched a mixer one time in my life) or should i get a prize for it?

and some ppl have different styles. some ppl bang it out like (shryer) and some ppl do a an amazing warm up (liek sohaness). that's why steve was slotte din the opening slot and shryer at 2am.
