Again, if he didn't want people illegally sharing his track it was within his power to keep the track under wraps until it was released.
In today's day and age broadcasting unreleased work anywhere at any time and expecting people not to record it or spread it through technological mediums is stupid. I'm not saying that the file sharers are right, but don't complain when you had the power to keep the track to yourself in the first place, because illegal recording and filesharing is as common as grass.
