The # of people who will be allowed into a club on a given night will be more or less consistent. The idea behind getting a big headliner is to attract more people, specifically EDM fans in this case.
However without the big headliner, they're just as likely to attract the same number of people based on their other goals: classy, clean, stylish. Yet they sitll paying the big $ for the well-known EDM djs. Why not spend less money to accomplish they're musical wants and hire a lesser know, yet still talented, dj to spin their tunes. |
It's not that they don't want to attract the EDM scene people, it's just that they expect you to put some effort into your appearance and dress up a little better I guess...nobody said you can't go
