Overall not such a bad movie but not as good as I expected it to be. I think this is the poor man's version of Crash because every story was connected but it wasn't as developed as I personally would have liked for it to be. Of the 4 stories the Moroccan boys and the deaf-mute Japanese girl were probably the most interesting. I wasn't terribly impressed by the American couple in Morroco or their kids' Mexican adveture with their nanny. The director played around with time and there did not appear to be a reason for doing it; if anything it gave things away. Aside from the story the movie was shot pretty well so at least it was interesting to look at.

EL LABERINTO DEL FAUNO
Pan's Labyrinth was a great movie with some really creative imagery and storyline. I found the historical background and the metaphorical and allegorical links between the little girl's fairy tale experiences and the violent things going on around her profound enough to make me appreciate another level of the movie. The CGI was tasteful, and the design of the faun and of the baby-killing monster with his eyes in his palms was breathtaking.
I was slightly annoyed at the demeanor and acting style of the little girl who played Ofelia, but the actors who played Mercedes and the Captain were great.
Overall 8/10 in terms of enjoyment - it was something a little different...

damn did someone see snakes on a plane!?
i cant believe such a piece of fucked up pussy-cheese was so hyped before...
its not even good trash, like funny but cheap made or somethung, the jokes are so _UNFUNNY_ and the only thing that made me smile a bit was the fact that [SPOILER]
the snakes did bite everyone on such hilarious parts of their body, tounge, dick, inside the head biting the eye out and especially the guy who fucked the shit out of his gf on the toilet
90min of wasted time and 1,1€ of wasted rentable-movie investment!

been a while...
just watched 28 weeks later this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised..usually sequels (especially horror sequels) tend to disappoint, or just ruin the entire franchise altogether but this one didnt. granted there were some holes in the plot, and parts of it were unnecessary and slowed the pace of the movie down but overall it was concise, entertaining and worth the price of admission.

Spiderman 3 was AWESOME, especially for what it was trying to be - a fun action movie. I even loved all the corniness - esp. when he turns "evil," it's hilarious. Cute 30 mins of the story. Tobey Maguire is soooo cute & geeky (geeky = hot, hahaha)
