I am not entirely sure the placebo concept is true. Perhaps it is (the mind is a powerful thing, and it can do some crazy shit,) however, I started this without any real expectations, and have had a lot of skepticism and negativity associated with the process. Hmmm, who knows.

Fair enough I suppose.
Had to be a good reason for you though initiating an extreme diet though?

Well... not something I like to talk about on here, but some various health issues that were concerning me coerced me to at least make an attempt and see what happened.

I just.. I don't know. My 4 closest best friends HATE milk and really don't know how I can just pour a HUGE glass and drink it just like that. As a kid I was just so attached to milk

Why not do both? White Russians ftmfw

That reminds me, gotta pick up some half n half tomorrow. Been trying to drink using 1% milk, and that shit is crap.

Alright, so tomorrow (technically today) is the last day of my detox. I know I haven't been updating this every single day, BUT I have recorded everything I have eaten each day, so I will get to writing it all out eventually.

I am so excited to be able to eat normal food again I am going grocery shopping tomorrow, and I am gonna get lots of chicken and meat, and bread, and cheese, and... and lots of stuff.

Oh, and I have been stocking up on easter chocolate, so Imma mow down on some chocolate too

I am really proud of myself; I have not cheated at all on this diet, and I am feeling super duper awesome I know that this last three weeks has made a huge impact on my overall health, and it's given me a reality check on how a diet can drastically influence how you feel. I will for sure keep up the healthy eating (even more than I had been before).

I have DEFINITELY lost weight, but I wont have the exact number until either tomorrow or tuesday when I can weigh myself. I am guessing about 10 lbs though.

Anyway, I really suggest that other people should try this. It takes A LOT of will power (I wanted to cheat about 32458734 times, and even considered cutting the detox down a week,) but it is worth it.
