LOL the 1500m/5k/10k times are better than the 800m time. I am better at the longer distances...never had too much speed. Although I ran a 53 second 400m once. HAHA.

In through the nose, out through the mouth.

I run anywhere between 7 and 10 miles between sat. and sun. (only 2 days I have time to workout) depending on how my body is feeling - sometimes I can really push it, sometimes I cant. I do it on an elliptical though because my knees cant handle running on a track or outside, my right knee feels like its on fire after like 5 mins.

Well that's shit. I've had a look at the application for the Amsterdam marathon, and that's just a matter of 'apply and you're in'. But with that being held in October (and me being away for over three weeks in September) that's really too early to do a marathon. Looking at the 1/2 marathon there now.

I'll probably just try and hope I'm lucky for the London marathon next April.. Although with my luck, I already think I know the answer.

Depends on your weight ratio really as well as a few other factors. It's relatively average, ten minutes for a mile and a half. It'd be rather hard to get under that. Though I might be able to do better if I knew that that was all I was running.
