1) You can buy a night time blend of tea from most tea shops, it is usually a blend of chammomile, rooibos tea, and a few others which have a very relaxing effect, are good for soothing headaches, aches and pains, and just make you feel chilled when you feel anxiety or stress.
2) Self Hypnosis - this may sound weird but it really works! It helps clear your mind which usually causes sleeplessness. What works for me is envisioning an hour glass and concentrating on watching the sand move through the small opening until its all gone. I usually only have to concentrate for a few minutes and then you just feel your body becoming heavy and you drift off.
