I have used the cheap foam ones, the ETY ER-20, and even custom made silicon earplugs (although they were pretty good).
But these are by far the best.
They come with 3 different filters that attenuate the sound between 10-22 dB depending on the frequency..the key here is that with three filters the attenuate can vary between 21 different dB values, meaning a very very clear sound.
They sell for 13 pounds (from UK)..so after shipping and conversion, you are looking at around $40 CAD. Worth every penny.

I just bought ER-20s and am not really happy with the amount of highs it gets rid of. Think I may invest in a pair of these
does anyone have videos SPECIFICALLY of that black guys insanely ridiculous dance routine, i was dieing watching him go at it. especially when he almost knocked over the monitors, TWICE.
