Up the saturation, and contrast. It'll look better. Maybe a bit of unsharp mask too. And crop it to get rid of the first boat end on the left hand side, and get rid of some of the dead sky.

Saturation ^ will make the colours more vibrant, stand out more.

Contrast ^ will take away some of that washed out look.

And unsharp mask will sharpen it up a bit.

If you don't feel like ripping off photoshop, I use gimp and it's pretty good for free.
