It's like trying to learn a new language w/ y'all in here lol.
I just got one for crimmas from a friend in Egypt. Got nakhla mint & double apple & these taru coals.
Anyone want to help properly educate me on this biz? I've got a mentor (that'd be you GB), but right now I'm looking for a beginner's guide from people who's opinion I value as opposed to the bland internet tutorials. That way I'm not pestering the person everytime I've got a question or 2.
It's a basic 3 foot water pipe. Simple, effective, but I'm not entirely sure about the qualities I should be concerned with other than the seals on the thing. I'm not looking to move up-market on the water pipe yet, but I would like to ensure that I've got the right bits & pieces & where to go to eventually get a decent piece of gear.
Cheers.
Cheers for the tips & info.
come out to our little hookah party on wednesday january 21st. bring your gear and i would be more than happy to show you the ropes from packing a proper bowl to heat management.

im using my original tangiers phunnel. that sucker retains heat soooo well.
Come to think of it I think that's the problem with this Glass bowl, when the coal start dying so will the smoke since glass doesn't really retain heat that well, as the coals die the smoke dies. I think I'll invest in a small tangiers bowl.

the glass phunnels from Tarik and Ramsey are made from pyrex glass and those should retain heat quite well but i dont know how well compared to the tangiers phunnel. there are a lot of good reviews on the mnh glass phunnel though.

Dude, I'd love to. Only thing is that I'm entertaining 100 clients at an event on that night.

Just got my Tobacco and the Nammor hose, I am not impressed by it, it's the same length as my KM hose and it feels like I have a better pull out of my KM hose than out of Nammor.

i dont use my KM ultimate hose because i dont like how long the piece is that goes in to the hose port. it throws the stem off balance.
i love the pull on my nammor and it is fully washable. none of the KM hoses are washable.
what tobacco did you get?

2 tubs of white grape and 1 tub of Blue Mist. Yeah that's the only problem with my KM hose it throws the balance of the shisha off.
