I'm just going by what I've been instructed to do in order to get the ball rolling on this.

I could care less about all the details just so long as it gets to court. The fact of the matter is that I wouldn't be relying on screen shots alone but rather two entire years worth of server logs.

Even if I lose the case itself, I've still won.

You can argue to your hearts desire so I'll leave you free to do that.
