If you can do things on your own perfectly well then why were you in a dj comp in a bar that only holds 50-60 people max?
If you came on here to get help as you put it then ask for help instead of trashing people. Plus I gave you the best advice you could get and you say " the masses would rather drive someone out then accept them".
What is too accept?

out of anger i said things about other dj's that i should not have. i realized that later. i still feel like crap doing that. it was very unbecoming of me.
i, like others, put blood sweat and tears for an hour (normally closing, so everyone is already gone by this point) slot in an afterhours club in t-bay. the sun is commin up and im playin trance to myself. it hurt. but i got in.
man, have i got stories about some of the things i had to do to spin at clubs. im pretty sure all of us do.

I am not trying to trash you as I said I never even heard you play. Sometimes you have to look at your messages from other peoples eyes instead of just your own. It will serve you well in the future. It is very hard to get gigs and events that's why it is so important too watch certain things. Other promoters and event planners read this stuff as well and the only person you will hurt in the end is yourself.
Like I said just some advice from my 10 years of experience......
