@ Zack:

I agree that management are cool people. Ill give them that. But they are in over their heads now. They are not running (from my perspective) the business well anymore.

A business is and should be based wholey on their customer service level- as this is what will keep them up on top. Its very easy for a night club to lose it. As wel ALL KNOW.

However, if they are allowing too many people, and making their epmployes jobs so hard that it is ok to call PAYING CUSTOMER derogatory statements or making them need to actually TAKE ILLEGAL DRUGS in order to complete their jobs- then something is wrong, and sadly- that is MANAGEMENTS problem. They are the ones that call the shots and the only ones that can create a plan to reesolve this issue.

To me, the answer is less people in the club. BUT im not a club owner, i have no idea...maybe theres another way to fix this. But, of the biggest issues i see mentioned here, we are talking about a club that is selling too many tickets...too many vip's and just acting greedy over all- not taking the time to create a special and unique atmosphere for their clients in hopes that they are spoken of highly.

If you go out of your way to make me feel like you dont care about how i am treated, or my safety or let your employees swear to custmores then i personally feel as though you could care less about me and the rest of your clients. aka bad management

lol did you actually read my complaint? It had nothing to do with bouncers or even servers. I totally get that they have a tough job and I even made note that I have never had a problem with the bouncers or VIP servers. (so far)

Me and the others around me were screamed at by some bitch who claimed to work there and thus "can do whatever the f*ck she wants."

Seeing as the patrons were simply standing there, waiting for drinks, while there was a clear, big path, less than one foot away, I dont see how any of that is justified for being pushed physically with her hands, being called a "f*cking bitch" and proclaiming: "I can do whatever the f*ck I want because I work here" .....and THEN calling people names.....ah yes names were **actually** called, and she was extremely insulting. The girl had a complete meltdown and scream attack over something that SHE was causing!! Merely because I (and others) said something that would make sense and be the rational choice? whatever!! she is lucky I didnt slap in in the god damn mouth.

lol, I did, but I wasn't responding to you...

I was more just touching on some of the general complaints people seemed to have about the night.

The girl you guys encountered seems like a wack job though.

this whole situation just pissed me off so badly that I cant honestly see going there as much as I used to. Thats about 8 less tables a year for them. I really may only go for someone like Ferry or markus, because I just wouldnt want to miss them.

I have to say that, while I dont mind the VIP service itself, even the VIP is becoming a clusterf*ck. Why am I paying all this money to have a special "area" to myself, when the bouncers are letting every tom, dick and harry up there for free? (especially at the end of the night when they just OPEN the doors to whomever wants to roam up there??)

There had to be 5 million pppl in VIP the other night, as well as other nights!! I have to watch my alcohol at all times because there are a ton of people trying to take my booze/and or knocking it over because of the overcrowded traffic. I have ZERO view because there are 500 people lined up that havent even PAID for VIP, and I cant even walk around comfortably because of all the people up there. I even had my camera and money stolen at Markus this year. I set my clutch down for 5 seconds to pour myself a drink, and I couldnt even tell who could have taken it, because there were about 20-30 people surrounding my table at the time.

The difference is the bouncers are GETTING paid to take that shit, and they are fully aware that it comes with the territory. I feel no pity for them. No, its not an easy job but it's the line of the work they chose. Meanwhile WE are paying the club to enjoy ourselves not get yelled at, harassed, pushed, etc.

and yes Kelly wasn't referring to a bouncer in her complaint but I've personally had bad experiences with them.

losing shit at clubs blows, i lost an iphone 3g at pacha during ferry last year and $200 shades at VC @ neptunes, but my fault i was wrecked both times. but the worst is when they over charge my credit card at cielo and pacha, i'd sign for 24$ for a bottle of water and a drink including tip at gareth they charged 32. once at webster hall they charged me 180 instead of 140$

Kelly, I thought I was the only to loose stuff. Thursday night of Tiesto at Wh, I was going nuts to a song Tiesto dropped and next thing I know, my $700 digital camera and iPhone was goneee. I was looking for it the whole night lol And on NYE, I lost my Tiesto jersey which was signed by him.
