"I seen". This pisses me off. Every time someone sends me a resume and I can see on the email that their first sentence starts out with "I seen you ad on careerbuilder" I delete the email without ever looking at it. I don't care if I missed out on the most awesome employee ever - sending out your resume and starting with THAT sentence drives me nuts.
