I just tried it and you're right once you hit submit it says closed.

so realistically what time do you guys think the dancefloor will be closed off? i was thinking of arriving around midnight. i mean it would suck to have to stay there from like 11 to 4... but is 12 too late? i wanna make sure i make it onto the dancefloor!

At first I was thinking the same thing, get there a lot later so I can actually stay until the end this time. But, I think it will take at least 1+ hour to get in if you arrive around midnight, and who knows when you will actually get on the dance floor.


I went last time in May, and it was super packed way before Schulz went on. I got there super early at 10pm and stayed on the main dance floor so I have no idea when they started sending people upstairs. But I do remember the dance floor was crrrooowded at 11:30-12 already.

Since the ticket is for "Guaranteed Admission before 11pm", I plan on getting there before 11pm. Probably around 10:45.

after 11 they mix the general admission and pre-sale line i believe.

if you arrive at midnight you will not get in and dance-floor was closed of at around midnight , so I doubt it

My friend bought a couple presale tix a while back, but now cannot go. Is it possible to claim the tix for him (using his credit card) so that some of my other friends can go? How often do they compare the credit card to ID?

You just need to have your friend contact wantickets customer service and let them know that you (yourname) will be picking up the tickets for him. Avalon only checks ID for will call, they dont check the credit card like groovetickets. But to be safe, just ask your friend to make a copy of his credit card and just cross out all the numbers besides the last 4 digit will help also.

I've done this without a problem before. I'm just unsure how long it takes for wantickets customer service to respond and give you a confirmation.
