Hi guys; i simply can`t find this described anywhere. Post a bowel movement, i develop within the hour a minor itchiness followed by some light fecal secretion or smearing, just enough to mark the toilet paper or, if i`m unlucky, leave a skid mark on my shorts. It makes no difference if i have showered after my BM. There is no blood or pain. I am regular and have a good diet based on fish, fruit and veg. I don`t smoke and drink pretty much within reason. I`m 59, fit, (jogging, tennis)tho` have a sedentary job. It`s worth saying that if i don`t have a bowel movement i don`t have the secretion. Any thoughts?
