well george, the music should speak for itself. and that's why the youtube tracks are embeded as opposed to just naming a track.
why don't you try clicking the play button? even if you are already familiar with the track, it wont hurt to listen to it with new ears. that's probably more important than an explanation alone.
fucking loving this at the moment, think it is definitely a masterpiece in the making for me, love quivver!
has a real air of class about it, love the way it combines darkness with the eventual subtle uplifting half way through, and the agressive-yet-gentle riff, with the serene calm of the space signals. a really awesome piece of electronic, expertly crafted.

Narcotik – Twelve Miles.
heard this on an Anthony Pappa Renaissance cd. blew me away.
Sasha used the much more famous A-side, 'blue' to open a GU cd, but i don't think it's half as good. this was soon after picked up by Platipus, having the label hallmark sound. this to me is what a progressive tune should be, a journey. not just boring elements slowly added over time.
goes from dark pounding and snarling until a third of the way in, a key change signals a change in atmosphere and suddenly the darkness melts away until the amazing uplifting amazing melody takes hold.
very organic, nature feel to it. can see why Platipus swooped in for it after the initial pressing. a lifetime away from the souless over-engineered stuff of today. a total must for any real fan of trance.
This song always brings me back to being 17, in a van, driving through the vast rolling fields of Eastern Washington, on my way to a jazz festival in Moscow Idaho. Long stretches of empty highway, golden fields of wheat, and the endless blue sky above... that's what this song feels like.
The vocal version is cool, but I've had the Instrumental Dub since before I even knew this wasn't properly a Scooter tune. It gives me feels, yo.
