Black is Back was a great track but to be honest they were pretty disappointing this year with Awakenings, Fiesta and Arc - none of those come close to Suru, Elektra, Helsinki Scorchin', etc.

Its always been voter based - Armin wouldn't put Tiesto at #3. However, the voter pool was MUCH smaller back then.

in 2004 , I don't think he had any reasons not to . But ,yes as far as I know , the top 20 was always vote-based.

I'll put my $50 on Concrete Angel for #1 against any other tune, any takers?
