That's a bullshit excuse, though. Everybody is perfectly capable of ignoring srussell (or anyone, really, not just him) when he does shit like that. People like that want you to take the bait, so it's up to you to not bite.

If we're going to insult people, it should be in real time, in response to current posts within the context of the thread they are posted. Not continuing to carry over from other threads. THAT'S why the "negativity" spreads. Users like Ted Promo and enydo who aren't strong enough posters to start shit on their own just wait for other, more clever posters like System J to strike, and then keep droning on and on until they, too, are getting a reaction.
