I mean 2004/2005 it was 50/50 trance/house but now I didn't hear any trance except Tiesto's rain down on me remix and Richard durand mix of lethal industry and that's not the best trance either.
I bet black sucks too, first you had Marcel Woods/Tom Harding/Yoji/Yves spinning there at the beginning. Now it only hardstyle/hardcore |
Complete BS... Trance is slowely dying at the big ID&T party's, so you can expect less trance every year till Trance hypes back up again. If you still want to hear some trance in the meantime, visit Trance Energy or similar party's, but dont's visit Sensation [when you see the line-up in advance] and complain about the music afterwards. + @ Nickazz: In 2004 and 2005 it wasn't 50/50 trance... it reduced after 2003 and it got less ever since:
line-up 2004:
Brian S = House
Benjamin Bates = House
Paul van Dyk = Trance
Sander Kleinenberg = Progressive
Erick Morillo = House
Joost van Bellen = House
Line-up 2005:
Laidback Luke = House
David Guetta = House
Audio Bullies = House
Armin van Buuren = Trance
Marco V = Trance/Techno
Jean = Club
The only thing which hasn't got pure trance anymore is the Megamix. The Megamix always has got the styles and tracks which are hot among the people, showing this year that trance isn't as hot as it used to be.
