If it was being cancelled, yes.
A reschedule = still getting the service, so no refund.
But i'll check and make sure obviously. I'm sure if I looked in the terms n conditions it'll have a line saying something along the lines of "Tiger Australia reserves the right to alter schedules" or something along those lines, flight schedules are changed fairly often, not usually by 6 freaking hours though, so I'm sure they've got a way of getting around it. |
T&C's don't over rule fair trade/trade practices. your contract is for the flight at that particular time. if they're gonna change that contract, you should have an opt out just like when ISP's tried to force people to change plan without having an opt out of their contracts - ACCC stepped in and made fix
