yea i'd say mono is right up there with like my top 2 times of being the most sick in my entire life.

3 weeks i missed of school (9th grade) and i barely had enough energy to walk from my bed to the bathroom to take a piss. it was horrible.

but yeah, microcytosis basically means her red blood cells are really small
which makes her prone to disease and sickness

lol i think the normal red blood cell count is supposed to be between...18 and 26 i think?

Haha! Feel your pain, giving computer technical assistance over telephone can be really fucking irritating - there are all sorts of terribly dumb people out there.
