the numbers, and if their not there, they might not not be there,

Why would simplifying a confusing process be considered radical behavior?

DSRs were never meant as a permanent solution...

That's what all the documentations on this P-H-A-S-I-N-G process says...

This is exactly why im asking what the problem is with a DSR. In a country where smoking is legal. This is the best comprimise.

Saying that its meant as a temporary solution completely skirts my original question which i will repeat.

If DSRs mean smokers can smoke without "harming" non smokers, why the opposition to it????
