In Ukraine i had lan internet 10megabit unlimited internet for 2$ a month In Italy i have 1GB per day internet 4G on my phone and share it as hotpot, and cost it 10€ per month. So i search where i can download without limits.

But you can buy not new PC, but used. I use now macbook pro mid 2009 cor2duo 2.26 ad this is totaly enough for me to download something, internet browsing, all my office programs and other. So i don't see any reason to buy newer one. Anyway next will buy also used, but somewhere from 2012year, as only 2012 and later imac and macbook support airdrop to iphone and to other supported devices.
